A Program That Cares for Each Child

Children between the ages one and five are at an important phase in their life. At Teddy Bear Day Care, we understand that it is crucial to steer them in the right direction. Our program provides a holistic atmosphere where your child can have a safe space to explore and engage in age-appropriate activities. 

We work along with the Lynn Community Partnership to provide support and guidance to parents of toddlers and preschoolers. We believe that it's necessary for you to participate in your child's program and provide ample opportunities for them. All our parents are encouraged to have an open channel of communication with our teachers. 

Our goal is to ensure that your child has a high-quality educational environment, along with a bright and cheerful classroom. We also have an outdoor playground for fun games and activities. Our kids also receive nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and PM snacks. We have been serving the North Shore since 2006.

Our Day Care Curriculum

At Teddy Bear Day Care, we offer a bilingual and multi-cultural environment. Our kids are exposed to both English and Spanish throughout their program. The program includes:

• Language development - both English and Spanish
• Sensory activities
• Social and environmental development activities
• Sand and water play
• Dramatic play
• Building blocks
• Science and math activities
• Second step



We also have special computer and sensory table programs.

Every child at our day care center receives the right attention. Our child-to-adult ratio for toddlers is 9:1 and for preschoolers is 20:1. We have regular field trips to local museums and farms to provide kids with good exposure. We also provide you with a report card every six months on your child's progress, based on development, education, and skills.

Flexible Hours and Affordable Rates

Teddy Bear Day Care is open all year-round to accommodate kids of working parents. Our tuition rates are affordable and competitive with other day care centers.

Full-time rate for toddlers - 1 year 3 months to 2 year 9 months:

$430.00 per week, Part Time $360.00 3 Days 

Full-time rate of preschoolers - 2 year 10 months to 5 years: 

$330.00 per week, Part Time $280.00 3 Days 

You are eligible to receive 10% OFF tuition rates when your enroll your second child with our day care center. We also provide pick-up and drop-off services.

Our Certifications and Teachers

When you send your child to our center, you can rest assured that they are under the care of expert educators. We are licensed by the Department of Early Education and Care and have received the Child Development Associate Credential by the Council for Early Childhood Professional Recognition.

All our associates are well equipped to nurture your child and care for them at all times. Every associate with us is CPR and first-aid certified. They will also take the extra effort to assist with potty training your child.

Important Things to Keep in Mind

We take care to make sure that your child is safe and comfortable with us. Hence, we insist that every child that comes to our center has valid immunization records each year. We also provide everything your child needs, except diapers and wipes. Please ensure that you pack diapers and wipes that suit your child the best.

Our center is also completely peanut and nut free. So if your child is allergic, we are equipped to handle it.
