Our Story
From 5 Children to a Growing Community of Families
Teddy Bear Daycare began in 1995 with just 5 children and a simple mission: provide families in Lynn with dependable, loving, high-quality child care. Over the years, that mission has remained the same even as the center has grown to serve more than 70 children.
Today, our newly expanded facility gives families even more room to learn, play, and grow. We are proud of how far we have come, and even prouder that so many parents continue to trust Teddy Bear Daycare for their child’s early years.

Programs Designed for Toddlers and Preschoolers
Toddlers
Children at this stage need a balance of comfort, consistency, movement, and guided discovery. Our toddler program encourages socialization, sensory exploration, early communication, and independence in a secure and loving setting.
Preschool
Our preschool program helps children prepare for the next stage with hands-on learning, language development, early math and science activities, dramatic play, and social growth through structured routines and purposeful play.
The current site says the center serves children from about 15 months to 5 years old and includes language development, sensory activities, science and math, dramatic play, building blocks, and social/environmental development.
